A proposal for making hidden industrial adhesive technologies visible, understandable, and memorable — through Touchscreen, AR, Holographic and XR experiences.
The Challenge
They are used deep inside complex products across industries. Visitors at B2B trade shows cannot see where the adhesive is applied, because it is hidden between layers, panels, and structural components.
Idea 01 — Touchscreen
The central digital presentation tool. Visitors browse a virtual showroom of real end-products from all key industries — and explore where tesa adhesive technologies are applied inside each one.
Idea 02 — Augmented Reality
Real physical models of end-products sit on the stand. When a visitor holds one in front of an installed iPad, a digital layer appears — revealing what's hidden inside the object.
Idea 03 — AR Magic Glass
A tablet embedded in the stand wall acts as a "magic window" into an AR world. Three distinct scenes play out on a physical table in front of it — each telling a different story about tesa's adhesive power.
Idea 04 — Holographic Display
A self-contained holographic box placed on the stand creates floating 3D visuals that attract attention from a distance — no headset, no screen touch required.
Idea 05 — LED Hologram Fan
The LED hologram fan creates the illusion of 3D content suspended in mid-air above or at the stand entrance — an unmissable visual beacon on a crowded trade show floor.
Idea 06 — XR Learning
An educational XR experience for deeper engagement. A 3D avatar explains adhesive technology in an accessible, structured, and premium way — available on touchscreen, VR headset, or large-format display.
Experience Design
Every module plays a role in a layered, intentional experience — from first glance to qualified lead.
Stop visitors in their tracks before they've said a word.
LED Fan · Hologram BoxInvite hands-on interaction with technology that responds.
AR Reveal · TouchscreenMake the invisible visible. Show exactly where tesa works.
AR Magic Glass · 3D ShowroomBuild understanding through guided learning experiences.
Adhesive University · AI AssistantEmpower the sales team with data, insights and warm leads.
Analytics · Lead Capture · CRMImplementation
A structured, realistic path from concept to live exhibition deployment.
Define industries, end products, product messages and technical content. Agree on the experience scope and prioritize modules.
Create or optimize 3D models, transparent views, exploded views and adhesive highlight zones for all selected end products.
Build the core interactive showroom. Validate UX, test interactions and refine the interface with tesa stakeholder feedback.
Adapt the same 3D assets to AR formats, holographic box content and LED fan animations. Reuse maximizes efficiency.
Prepare product data, FAQs, use cases and AI response logic. Train and test the assistant for accurate, brand-safe responses.
Install, test and operate the full experience on the stand. Provide on-site support, analytics dashboards and post-show reporting.
Strategic Summary
This proposal makes tesa's invisible industrial adhesive technologies visible, interactive and memorable. Visitors understand exactly where tesa products are used, why they matter, and how they create value in real manufacturing environments. The stand becomes a source of business insight, qualified conversations — and lasting impressions.
